Thomas C. Sima
Thomas Sima specializes in transactional law and works extensively with clients from the former Soviet Union. He began his legal career with the law firm of Shearman & Sterling in Hong Kong and New York, working primarily on project and structured finance matters, with additional experience in general corporate matters and mergers & acquisitions. Immediately prior to co-founding Eisenberg & Sima LLP, he worked for several years in private practice.

Alexander Perchekly (Of Counsel)
Alexander Perchekly specializes primarily in litigation and real estate matters and is of counsel at Eisenberg & Sima LLP. He began his legal career clerking for the Honorable Bankruptcy Judge Stephen D. Gerling and the Honorable Judge Allan L. Winick of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, County of Nassau. Following that, he worked as associate general counsel of ZAR Realty Management Corp., a large real estate company in the New York area, and later for Abrams Gorelick Friedman & Jacobson as a litigation attorney.
