Gary E. Eisenberg

Gary Eisenberg specializes in venture capital, growth companies and fund formation both domestically and abroad. With a strong background in corporate finance, he has developed cross-border experience in private transactions in China, Korea, Indonesia, The Philippines, Costa Rica and Panama. Gary began his career at Kelley Drye & Warren LLP, was a senior associate at Heller Ehrman White & McCauliffe and was Of Counsel at Duval & Stachenfeld LLP prior to forming Eisenberg & Sima LLP with Mr. Sima.

Thomas C. Sima

Thomas Sima specializes in international transactional law and works extensively with clients from the former Soviet Union. He began his legal career with the law firm of Shearman & Sterling in Hong Kong and New York, working primarily on project and structured finance matters, with additional experience in general corporate matters and mergers & acquisitions. Immediately prior to co-founding Eisenberg & Sima LLP, he worked for several years in private practice, with numerous clients in the oil & gas industry.

Sherif K. Moussa (Of Counsel)

Sherif Moussa specializes in litigation and has extensive experience both as a complex commercial litigator and in prosecuting class action cases. Mr. Moussa also has experience in several practice areas including securities, labor, banking, entertainment and employment law. Immediately prior becoming affiliated with Eisenberg & Sima LLP, he prosecuted securities and consumer class action cases resulting in cumulative settlements in excess of $1 billion.

Admitted: New York (2000), Connecticut (1999) and U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York (2001).
